My name is Crystal. I provide pet day care and boarding in my home, located in Pleasant Prairie WI. I am insured and have over 25 years of pet care experience. I have always had pets in my life and loved and cared for everything from small rodents and reptiles on up to horses and cows and everything in between.
I have always been the trusted dog sitter for my friends and family when they are vacationing. At their insistence, in 2021, I turned my passion for animals into my full time business and have not looked back. I strive to make my home a place of love, support and play for all that come in to visit.
I am comfortable with all ages and types of animals. I am capable of caring for pets with medical needs as well. I have provided medical treatments and first aid and over the years have worked closely with my vet often acting as an assistant for medical calls. I am also able to separate my home if pets need to be kept separate.
Your pets are a priority and become part of our family while they are here! I am also willing to accommodate caged pets, (mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, bearded dragons, etc.) Big or small, I love them all! I volunteer with several rescue organizations and when I am not pet sitting, I frequently have a foster dog or 2.
All pets with me get lots of love, play and cuddles. MOST of the time I am not away from the home for more than 3 hours at a time. I look forward to making your pet feel at home with us and giving them tons of love and cuddles.
In order to protect all of my clients and their pets, I require all pets in my care to be up to date on vaccines and flea preventative. I also do not take intact pets over 9 months old. Please make sure that they are up to date and if you have any questions, please ask! We do have two children 9 and 10. They are very respectful of animals, however your pet must feel comfortable with children.
I have a large fenced in yard and our dog Monroe loves everyone, however, not all dogs love his intense energy. We take our time introducing them, and if it isn't a good fit, we can separate our home in order to provide a low stress environment for all pets. We have crates available when needed. We can provide bowls, beds, blankets, toys and treats, however, you are always welcome to bring your own, as we want your pets to feel comfortable here. You will need to bring your pets food, medications/supplements, completed intake form, and vaccine record.
